From Our Shop to Your Home

These days, it seems that the price of everything has increased exponentially, and it can be hard to find anything that fits within your budget. At Wallstone Stone Countertops, this is something we understand very well, which is why we offer a wide variety of affordable countertops that you’ll undoubtedly love.

If you tell us about your budget, we will happily find you a group of affordable countertops to choose from. No matter your price point, we can surely find something that sticks out in the best way.

Marble

You may think that there’s no way that marble can be affordable. We’re here to tell you that it is possible to invest in marble while remaining within budget. We can help you find affordable marble slabs that still put across the air of luxury and sophistication.

There are many colorations and veining designs when it comes to marble; the options are endless. This is a stone that requires a bit of maintenance, though, as it is soft and porous. Because it’s porous, it requires a periodic sealing routine so it doesn’t become damaged by stains and liquids. And because it’s soft, you should never chop foods directly on marble’s surface.

Buyers across the nation are looking for homes with stone countertops, so if you install marble in your kitchen or bathroom, you have a great chance of increasing your resale value on the market.

Granite

Granite is a very tough natural stone. It still needs to be sealed regularly in the way that marble does, but it is not as susceptible to scratches. In fact, the only reason you should use a cutting board when cutting food on granite is that if you don’t, your knife could go dull!

With this stone, there is also a wide variety of patterns and colorations at your disposal, and it can also raise the resale value of your home. While granite has also been known for its high price point in the past, there are plenty of ways that you can make it affordable. One of those ways is by investing in granite tiles instead of a single slab. Tiles offer the same granite benefits but at a fraction of the price.

Granite is very heat resistant, which makes it a top choice for kitchens and bathrooms.

Quartzite

If you’re looking for something tough, quartzite is the way to go. This stone is also a popular choice because it has the look of marble, but it doesn’t come with all the maintenance. Instead, its maintenance level can be compared to that of granite. It still requires some attention, but you don’t have to worry as much about its vulnerability.

Having quartzite installed in your home can also increase your home’s resale value. By investing in this stone, you could get the money back that you spent—and more.

In our showroom, we’d be happy to show you all the affordable slabs of quartzite that we offer.

Quartz

Quartz is an engineered stone that has been known for its high price in the past, but we promise that there’s a way to make this stone work for you. It’s incredibly low maintenance, but its looks don’t suffer at all. The reason it’s so low maintenance is that it contains a small percentage of polymers and resins that seal its pores, making it a nonporous surface that you never have to seal.

You do need to be careful with heat on quartz countertops, though, as the resins in its composition can be sensitive to high temperatures.

Quartz has the ability to mimic the look of natural stone without the maintenance. It also comes with patterns that are more predictable and uniform, rather than the unique unpredictability of natural stone slabs.
